The Hotel Villa Lumbung is a small exotic village surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens of approximately 12.000 square meters. The special shape of the grass-roof villas is derived from the typical Balinese "Lumbung". The upper part of this center hut of each family compound serves as a rice barn, while the lower floor - an elevated lounging area ("Bale") - is used as a meeting place.

We transformed this concept into a unique design of our guest rooms. While the dome shaped grass rooftop of the upper floors conveys a spacious and tropical feeling, the ground floor's Bale is made into a cozy retreat next to the garden. The lobby, restaurant and shopping area are designed to follow the "Lumbung"-concept.

Our garden and rooftop rooms have all cozy and comfortable elevated lounging areas and terraces for private breakfast or dining. While your eyes can rest, enjoying the lush surrounding gardens, tastefully selected furniture will make you feel at home. All guestrooms have spacious bathrooms with shower and/or bath, mini bar and refrigerator, in-room safe, coffee/tea maker, color TV set with satellite channels, telephone with IDD-facilities and individually controlled A/C.

Superior bungalow,
Room rate: US$. 150.00 (up to 2 occupants)

Each Superior Garden Floor Room has twin or double beds and a large private terrace and out-door "Bale" and is surrounded by masterly designed tropical garden. All Garden floor rooms can only accommodate single or double occupancy and/or a family with small children not requiring an extra-bed. The "Bale" is located outside, adjacent to the terrace to be used as a lounging area next to the tropical gardens.

Deluxe bungalow,
Room rate: US$. 175.00 (up to 2 occupants)

Each Deluxe Rooftop Floor Room has twin or double beds, a private balcony with great views on the tropical gardens and an in-door "Bale". All rooftop floor rooms can accommodate single, double/twin and/or triple occupancy as well as families with children. As the Bale is inside and integrated as part of the room, it can function as a day bed or bed for children and/or an extra person. In this case, bed sheets and pillows will be provided.

Deluxe family bungalow,
Room rate: US$. 200.00 (up to 2 occupants)

Each Deluxe Garden Floor Room has twin or double beds, a large garden bathroom with separate shower and bath, a large private terrace and is surrounded by masterly designed lush tropical gardens. The day- bed or Bale is inside and integrated as part of the room. As with the roof top floor rooms this can be used as a bed for children or for an extra person. From the rooms of this category some are provided with a fully equipped kitchen.

3-bedrooms deluxe villa (up to 6 persons),
Room rate: US$. 450.00 (up to 6 occupants)

Each of our 3-bedrooms Deluxe Villas is ideal for families or close friends. They have a large terrace and a living room with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Masterbedroom and -bathroom have access to a private garden. You will feel at home in these beautifully designed and decorated villas where love for detail is so obvious.
